The sauvignon blanc grapes are grown on 18- year-old vines in Melozal in the heart of the Maule Valley.Tthe training system used is a double-crosspiece and are tied in with a knotted cord. The grapes are hand picked, and the harvest produces 10,000 kg per hectare. The wine is 100% sauvignon blanc.

WINE MAKING PROCESS / gentle desteming and crushing of the berries. Cold maceration is carried out over a 12-hour period at temperatures of 10 ºc. Soft pressing and removal of must is carried out at 10 ºc. Direct application of selected yeast and fermentation takes place at temperatures of 15ºc.

AGEING IN BARREL : The wine is unoaked .

BOTTLING / Filtration: Sterile filtration. Potential maturation: up to 4 years

TASTING NOTES /Colour: pale yellow with greenish hints. An exquisitely fruity aroma with grapefruit and apple tones being agreeably combined subtle herbal notes. Aromatic, fresh and concentrated fruit that is persistent on the palate. A well-balanced wine with an ageeable finish.

FOOD AND DRINK PAIRING /Perfect with oysters, salmon, and any seafood, onion, tarlets, smoked cheeses and vegetable stews. Serve at room temperature, ideally 10ºc-12ºc.
